Ganbat's challenging life

 

We learning about kids and other countries I chose Ganbat who lives in Mongolia. We had to watch a video about Ganbat and write notes on our books. Then we had to write down our info on a slide that asked us questions ( we had to answer in full sentences ). finally we made the DlO (digital learning object)

I found it hard to find the images on the video and take a screenshot ( to take a screenshot hold ctrl+shift+ box with 2 lines at the top ) and insert the image on google slides.

I found it easy to insert audio with cloud audio recorder. To use cloud audio first you have to type up cloud audio recorder on a new tab and click second link. Then press start to start and stop to stop and then press export as mp3 (real time) and then press save to google drive and then go onto google slides and then press audio and the first audio will be your latest audio that you have done.

Next time I will do my DLO ( digital learning object ) on google slides instead of google drawings because you can't  insert audio on google drawings.

I was being a researcher.

We were learning to create media, media is another way to communicate. We had to ask someone about the country that they wanted to visit and try convince them that we were their, then we had to create a postcard and write something to them.

I found it hard to make it look like I was in the picture eating a croissant because  it was hard to make it look like it was on the hand.

Explanation writing DLO

We were learning about explanation writing. Explanation writing is were you have to write something but explain it at the same, like draw a diagram. We had to choose a topic out of 20 different topics. Secondly we had to write down what our writing will almost be. Then we made a diagram witch needed a description and a tittle. fourthly we actually did our piece of writing and checked with a checklist.  Finally we made our DLO ( digital learning object ) witch contained most of the things in our diagram.

I found it easy to choose the topic that I wanted because as soon as I saw the word earthquake I knew that would be my topic.

I found it hard to do the checklist because some of the to do things I didn't understand, like I didn't know what it meant by did you explain the story by your tittle.

Next time I will explain my writing better and think of more ways to include diagrams and pictures and also include more technical words. 

For this I was being a researcher.

A researcher is some one who formats questions to help himself find out what he is researching for.

 

We were learning about fake media. Fake media is a something that is not true. We had to create fake media and then make a article to convince people that it is 100%  true.

First we had to learn about media whether it is real or fake and tick either true or false box about what we are seeing, another activity that was kinda the same was covering info that we need and info that we don't need. This was used to build up info for our article about fake media.

Then we actually made the the picture we needed for our article, for this we used remove bg witch helped me out a lot, I uploaded the image then I edited the image and made a different background and rubbed out the space I didn't need I did this on both of them then conectide them on slides, took a screenshot then inserted it on docs and wrote my barticle.

I found it hard to write the article because article was supposed to an article but writing an article was actually quite hard when I tried to make one.

 Next time I need to write my article better instead of writing five whole sentences then having to start all over again I will get my article great first try. I will also use my tech skills better and make my Kingzilla more efficient and much better looking.

Germany DLO

 

Term 4 week 1 room 10 and room 9 got a mysterious package from kids our age but from around the world. We were learning about Germany and we had to make a DLO ( Digital Learning Object ) about Germany.  We had to include a map and were the capital is, a flag, audio ( we used this website called cloud audio  recorder) ,how to say hello and goodbye, a native food that should include a link to the recipe and  an interesting fact.

The first step we did was to read the text and gather as much info as we need and put the info on a sheet about what would a Germans house look, what would a German eat and other interesting facts we needed to gather up for our DLO ( Digital Learning Object ) .

lastly we created a DLO (digital learning object) about the country that we got and it had to include.  We had to include a map and were the capital is, a flag, audio ( we used this website called cloud audio  recorder) ,how to say hello and goodbye, a native food that should include a link to the recipe and  an interesting fact.

I learnt how Germany has no speed limit around 70% in Germany's roads, and i learnt that Germany Is one of the most healthiest  countries in the world.

I found it hard to link websites to images, when I found out how it was so easy, here's how, first you go onto the website you want to link, then you ctrl c the website at the top and then go onto the image you want and press the paper clip, lastly you press ctrl v and your welcome.

I found it easy to record my voice, here's how, first you go onto cloud audio recorder and then press start to start and stop to stap, then you click the to link and then save it to your drive, then you go to insert and then go onto audio and the first one will be your latest one.

Next time I will link my websites more efficiently and I will use my team skills and collaboration more.

I was learning how to have a good conversation on book creator we had to include a media, a speech, a good conversation and a bad conversation. We had to use a comic book creator and not a plane book creator.
I found easy to put a text box in book creator, to put the text box in you have to go to the plus on the top right corner of the screen, then push the rectangle with the word Text in it, and a box will appear and type the words you want inside the box and then press the button with the word okay in it and the words will appear.
I found it hard to get my finished piece of art on my blog, to put a book creator on your blog you have to go to your library and choose the book creator you want, then press the three dots at the bottom, after that press publish online and then give it a tittle, Then press publish and it will take you to a page to see if you want to read it online, press read it online and then it will take you to your book but online, now press the same three dots and press embed on your website, then press copy to clipboard and then go onto your blog and go onto HTML view, next press ctrl v and then go back onto  compose view and it should be on your blog.
Next time I will improve my skills of putting the book creator on my blog and I will improve my skills of commenting on someone's blog and my skills of starting a proper conversation.
